Services Offered ~ Organizational Services, Business Office and Operational Setup, Executive/Personal Assistant Services, Inventory Setup, and Event Planning/Coordination. Please see our Services page for a more thorough list and feel free to reach out with any specific requests.
Scheduling ~ We suggest scheduling at least two weeks in advance for most basic projects. Event Planning should be scheduled 60 to 90 days in advance depending on the scale. We will give priority to repeat customers.
Cancellations ~ We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of projects. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
Service Area ~ We primarily serve Clarksville, Nashville, Hopkinsville, and surrounding areas, but are happy to discuss projects beyond this region as needed.
Consultation Fees ~ Phone consultations are complimentary. In-person assessments are subject to a $30 fee, which will be applied toward your project if you choose to move forward.
Payment Structure ~ Most projects are charged on an hourly basis with the minimum hourly rate of $50. A 50% deposit of the estimated project total is required at the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Terms for ongoing or continuous projects will be discussed separately. For project-based services, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Payments Accepted ~ We accept cash, all major credit cards, Zelle, Paypal, and Apple Pay. If there is a specific method not listed here, please feel free to ask.
Operating Hours ~ General inquiries are answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Project hours may vary based on client needs and availability.
Confidentiality ~ We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Personal and business details are never shared with third parties or external sites. NDAs may be provided upon request to ensure your comfort and security.
